Haylee Putaranui

Haylee Putaranui has extensive experience in legal and strategic roles, primarily in the areas of Māori strategy, diversity, and inclusion. Currently serving as the Pouhere and Director Māori Strategy at Fonterra since October 2015, Haylee has held various leadership positions including Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Talent Manager. Prior to this, Haylee was a Senior Solicitor at Chapman Tripp and an Associate at O'Sheas Barristers & Solicitors. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Legal Advisor at Kiwa International and Land Information New Zealand, where focus areas included IT agreements and land registration issues. Haylee earned an LLB in Law from The University of Waikato and completed earlier education at St Josephs Maori Girls College.
