Lee-Ann Birch is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management and marketing strategy. Currently serving as the Global Senior Marketing Manager for Anchor Food Professionals at Fonterra since September 2018, Lee-Ann oversees one of the company’s largest consumer brands valued at NZD$1.1 billion. Prior to Fonterra, Lee-Ann held the role of Brand Manager for Nescafé Beverages at Nestlé, where brand strategy and development were key responsibilities. Lee-Ann's career also includes significant tenure at SABMiller, managing brands such as Hansa Pilsener and Flying Fish Flavoured Beer, focusing on innovative marketing campaigns and consumer engagement. Educationally, Lee-Ann holds a Bachelor of Philosophy Honours in Marketing Management and a Diploma in International Marketing Management from the IMM Graduate School.
