Klaudia Krizsán is a Nutrition and Food Safety Specialist at FAO since May 2021, focusing on nutrition education and food literacy, developing consumer guidelines, and collaborating with the private sector. Previously, Klaudia held the role of Junior Technical Officer where responsibilities included literature research, project planning, stakeholder engagement, and organizing various technical events. Prior experience includes serving as a Sales Support Specialist at Raps GmbH, where Klaudia utilized food engineering expertise for product development, and as a Food Engineer at Anjuna Ice Pops, managing vegan ice pop production. An internship at SPAR Magyarország provided valuable insights into meat processing optimization. Klaudia holds a Master's degree in Nutrition Sciences from Semmelweis University and a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Szent István Egyetem, supplemented by education at the University of Helsinki and IWI Fitness Wellness Education Center.
