After a few years working as a consultant, Gideon took on the role of Chief Operating Officer / Commercial at Testerworld Ltd. T/A DE Pharmaceuticals. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the company's commercial operations, from sales and marketing to finance and administration. Under Gideon's leadership, the company experienced significant growth and profitability.

Most recently, Gideon has been working as the Vice President of Community Health & Engagement at Food Bank of Central & Eastern NC. In this role, they are responsible for leading the organization's efforts to improve access to healthy food and increase economic opportunity in communities across North Carolina. Gideon is passionate about fighting hunger and ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to lead a healthy and prosperous life.

Gideon Adams has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Saint George University in London. Gideon also has a BBA in Business from St. George's. Additionally, they have two Associate's degrees, one in Institutional Operations from New College Durham and one from Barnard Castle School. Lastly, they have a Westminster College in London.
