Marica Tedder

Marica Tedder, MBA, serves as the Workforce Development Manager at the Food Bank of Central & Eastern NC since May 2022, focusing on building relationships with community colleges and employers to support underserved populations. Prior to this role, Marica held positions at EDSI, including Career Advisor and Program Coordinator, providing guidance to youth and adults on educational and employment paths, and maintaining compliance with WIOA guidelines. Marica's experience also includes an Activity Instructor role with the City of Florence, ESL teaching in Turkey and South Korea, and a Mortgage Loan Processor position at Chase. Marica holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Winthrop University.
