Geronimo Carlo Ramos III is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in design, culinary services, and business leadership. As the Founder of Rooted Table since October 2017, Geronimo focuses on design strategy and culinary consultancy, particularly in food systems and regenerative solutions. In addition to this role, Geronimo serves as a Culinary Research Consultant and Culinary Ambassador for the Food for Climate League, where efforts are directed towards promoting plant-based meal defaults and sustainable aquatic foods. As a Product & Design Career Coach at MentorCruise, Geronimo aids creatives in aligning their career paths with personal values. Previous experience includes founding Elite Home Care Services, leading as Sous Chef at Albany, Bahamas, and holding significant design positions at Full Harvest and Nava Public Benefit Corporation.
