Connie Souto Learman

Connie Souto Learman, CCEP, currently serves as the Director of Compliance, Safeguarding & Investigations at Food for the Hungry, Inc., since July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Compliance at Opportunity International, and Senior Grants & Contracts/Legal at World Vision USA, along with a position as Special Assistant in the CEO Office at the National Assembly of State Arts Agencies. Earlier in the career, Connie was the Community Development Director at the Mississippi Arts Commission and Human Resources Manager at Mississippi Industries for the Blind. Educational qualifications comprise an MBA from Millsaps College, a PhD in Political Science from Universitat de Barcelona, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, and a Bachelor of Laws from Universidade Católica de Pernambuco. Connie is also currently pursuing education at Universidad Iberoamericana León.
