Michelle Gollapalli

Michelle Gollapalli has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. In their current position, they serve as the EVP & Chief Development Officer at Food For The Poor. Before that, they founded their own company, Distinction Dialogue, where they hold the role of Principal & CEO. Michelle previously worked at ECRI as the Vice President of Diversity, Inclusion & Development, and at Kennedy Health System as the Vice President of Development and Executive Director of the Kennedy Healthcare Foundation. Michelle also held the position of Chief Development Officer at Bancroft, where they focused on providing care for individuals with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and brain injuries. Michelle has experience in the nonprofit sector as well, having served as the Vice President of Philanthropy at Presby's Inspired Life and as the Associate Director of Principal & Major Gifts in the Eastern Region for the Alzheimer's Association. Their early career includes roles at Recording for the Blind & Dyslexic as the Director of Development and at WYBE Public Television as the Membership Manager. Overall, Michelle's work experience demonstrates their expertise in development, philanthropy, and leadership within various organizations.

Michelle Gollapalli holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, English Literature, and Journalism from Mount Carmel College. Michelle also obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Mount Carmel Institute of Management.
