Hazem Helal

Hazem Helal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently, Hazem serves as the Founder of Potentializer since January 2023, and holds multiple leadership roles at Al Ahly Sporting Club, including Vice-Chairman of the Board for Al Ahly Sports Facilities Company and Chief Executive Officer of the same entity. Hazem also contributes as an instructor at AUC School of Business Executive Education and as a Board Member at Foodlover. Prior to these roles, Hazem demonstrated significant expertise in sales and management as the Commercial Director and Head of Sales at DMG | Mountain View, and as General Manager at Out of z box - The Storytellers. A notable tenure at Procter & Gamble spanned over a decade, where Hazem excelled in various positions, culminating in the Commercial Director role for Fabric & Home Care in Near East markets and Regional Commercial Director for Beauty Care. Education includes completion of the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The American University in Cairo.
