Prior roles include coordinating labour market studies for the meat and seafood processing industries at Food Processing Skills Canada and serving as a database and administration coordinator at Help Lesotho, where fundraising efforts were enhanced through systematic donor management. The Food Processing Skills Canada (Formerly known as Food Processing HR Council, FPHRC) develop training programs and products to meet the needs of food and beverage manufacturers. FPHRC formed on April 1st 2009 in response to issues facing Canadian food processing industry. Our organization addresses workforce development needs such as labour shortages, retention of workers, new immigrants, labour market information and develop robust national standards/training.
