Amanda Farrens has extensive work experience in the food safety and laboratory management industry. Amanda started their career at Marshfield Food Safety in 2011 as a Laboratory Analyst and later became a Senior Analyst. In 2015, they joined ALS as a Laboratory Manager and stayed with the company until 2019. Amanda then joined Food Safety Net Services as a Technical Manager, responsible for managing laboratory operations. Amanda later served as the Laboratory Manager and Regional Laboratory Manager. Currently, Amanda holds the position of Corporate Quality and Training Manager, demonstrating their expertise and leadership abilities in quality control and training.

Amanda Farrens obtained their Bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
