Anjali Krishnan, Ph.D has extensive work experience in the field of food safety and protection. Anjali is currently serving as an Editorial Board member for Food Protection Trends FPT for a period of 3 years starting in 2022. Anjali's earlier work experience includes roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant/Laboratory Coordinator and Research Assistant at Kent State University from January 2014 to May 2019.

Anjali Krishnan, Ph.D has an impressive educational background in the field of Biological and Biomedical Sciences. Anjali obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree with Summa Cum Laude honors from Kent State University from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Microbiology from the University of Mumbai between 2011 and 2013. Anjali'sundergraduate education was also in Microbiology at the University of Mumbai, where they earned their Bachelor's degree from 2008 to 2011.
