Nicholas Shaleen has a diverse work experience, starting in 2016 as a Summer Associate at American Retrieval Company. From 2017 to 2017, they worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at LIFETIME FITNESS, where they managed groups and organized activities for elementary and middle school-aged children. In 2018, they worked as an Environmental Educator at Luther College, teaching children about environmental stewardship and leading groups of various sizes. Nicholas also worked as a Mail Clerk at Luther College, where they ensured accurate and timely delivery of packages and mail. In 2019, Nicholas served as a Summer Camp Lead at Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board, developing and executing educational curriculum and providing leadership to other counselors. In 2020, they worked as a Brand Ambassador at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC., managing customer relations and representing the brand within the store. Currently, they are employed at Food Safety Net Services, starting in 2021 as a Main Lab Technician and then transitioning to a Pathology Lab Analyst in 2022. In this role, they process and analyzes samples, performs data entry and validation, and provides training to new employees.
Nicholas Shaleen attended Luther College from 2016 to 2020, where they studied Biology/Biological Sciences, General. Prior to attending college, they completed their high school education at Wayzata High School from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their academic pursuits, Nicholas Shaleen obtained certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED. Nicholas received these certifications from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in June 2017, and from the American Red Cross in May 2016.
