Chi-wai Man possesses extensive experience in food safety and technical management within the food industry. Currently serving as an Auditor at Food Safety Services International since July 2021, Chi-wai has previously held various technical roles, including Technical Shift Manager at Wm Morrisons Woodhead Bros and Technical Manager at HARIBO UK. Chi-wai's background also includes positions as Technical Services Manager at Wm Morrisons Manufacturing and Farmers Boy Ltd, as well as a brief tenure at New Ivory Ltd. Chi-wai holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Wolverhampton, earned between 1990 and 1993.
