Emilie Fitch is the Co-Founder and CEO of People For Better Food, serving in this role since September 2023, while also taking on positions such as Startup Mentor at The Good Food Institute and leading new venture development at Food System Innovations. Emilie has extensive experience in the food industry, having been a strategic advisor for Asentia and a marketing strategy consultant for Minus: A Compound Foods Company. Previously, Emilie was Chief Growth Officer and a founding team member at Nowadays, a plant-based meat company, and held significant marketing leadership roles at Ginkgo Bioworks, SimpliSafe, and EF Education First. Emilie holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond.
