Emily Miller

Emily Miller is a staff attorney at Food & Water Watch since January 2021, following a law fellowship and legal externship at Public Justice in late 2020 and early 2020. Previous experience includes law clerk positions at Food & Water Watch and the Center for Food Safety, as well as roles in marketing and education management at the Chef Ann Foundation and senior paralegal duties at Schoeman Updike Kaufman Stern & Ascher LLP. Emily Miller earned a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English, Classical Studies, and Anthropology from the University of Pennsylvania.
