Douglas McCallum has extensive experience in the restaurant and food service industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations for Fooda, managing both workplace convenience services and delivery operations since May 2019. As a principal consultant at McCallum Hospitality Consulting since 2013, Douglas has worked on diverse projects ranging from rehabilitating fast-casual concepts to developing global restaurant ideas. Previous roles include General Manager at Shallots Bistro, known for its kosher dining, as well as managerial positions at Puesto and Yard House, including opening new restaurant locations. Douglas began their career with ScottCo Hospitality, progressing from a busboy to Managing Partner, overseeing several restaurant concepts within a major restaurant group.
