Aaron Dudzik

Aaron Dudzik possesses extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager and Culinary Consultant at Foodbuy USA since June 2018, where responsibilities include developing relationships with clients and vendors to provide culinary solutions for healthcare businesses. Prior to this role, Aaron served as Regional Director of Culinary for Morrison Healthcare, overseeing culinary operations for BJC Healthcare in the Greater St. Louis Area, as well as holding executive chef positions at St. Louis Children's Hospital and Barnes Jewish West County Hospital. Earlier career stages include sous chef and restaurant manager roles at Marriott International, along with foundational experience as a 2nd Class Petty Officer in the US Navy, managing meal service for a large military community. Aaron holds a BPS degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from The Culinary Institute of America.
