Paul Reed

Paul Reed currently serves as the Director of Legal & Contracts at FoodChain ID, beginning in October 2023. Prior to this role, Paul held positions including Corporate Counsel at Intapp from March 2022 to October 2023 and Vice President, Corporate Counsel at Parsons from September 2013 to February 2022, where responsibilities included providing legal and risk counsel across various sectors and managing complex agreements. Earlier experience includes working as an Attorney in the Contracts and Procurement Department at Parsons Global Services, where Paul negotiated and administered diverse agreements while ensuring compliance with local and foreign laws. Paul holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from North Carolina Central University School of Law, a Business Management Certificate from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Iowa State University.
