Inaceli Tubilleja has extensive experience in project management and recruitment within various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Service Member Recruitment and previously as the Service Member Recruitment Manager at FoodCorps since January 2020, Tubilleja has focused on expanding recruitment efforts. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Farm.One from August 2019 to February 2022, such as Chief of Staff and Project Manager. At the New Jersey Innovation Institute from November 2015 to January 2020, Tubilleja contributed to innovative project design and implemented training programs across healthcare and government sectors. Earlier roles at New Jersey Institute of Technology included Diversity Coordinator, where Tubilleja played a key role in enhancing diversity initiatives. Tubilleja holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, earned in 2016.

FoodCorps partners with schools and communities to nourish kids’ health, education, and sense of belonging so that every child, in every school, experiences the joy and power of food. Our AmeriCorps members serve alongside educators and school nutrition leaders to provide kids with nourishing meals, food education, and culturally affirming experiences with food that celebrate and nurture the whole child. Building on this direct service, FoodCorps advocates for policy change, grows networks, and develops leaders in service of every kid’s health and wellbeing. Our goal is that by 2030, every child will have access to food education and nourishing food in school.
