Dia Shaker

Dia Shaker has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of technology and operations. Dia started their career as a Developer at Al Raed Al Arabi Co. in 2002, where they were responsible for developing functions and procedures in the STOCK system and providing onsite support to clients. Dia then worked as an IT Consultant at PHCI/USAID - Projects in Jordan in 2003.

From 2004 to 2010, Dia worked at Azadea Group as an IT Manager, overseeing the IT department's operations and infrastructure. Dia was responsible for managing the IT team, maintaining support and service quality, and executing projects. Dia also handled budgeting, cost management, IT purchases, and infrastructure management.

After Azadea Group, Dia joined Al Nisr Al Arabi Insurance as an IT Manager from 2010 to 2011. Dia then worked at Coca-Cola İçecek as a Business Systems Group Manager, managing both the Business Solutions unit and the Information & Communications Technology unit from 2011 to 2013.

In 2013, Dia joined DMS MENA as the Head of IT & Operations, where they managed the IT department and was involved in client servicing, business development, and direct marketing services.

Dia's work experience also includes roles at Maestro Pizza as the Head of Technology from 2014 to 2015, Shobak as the Director of IT & Digital Transformation from 2015 to 2017, and Foodics in various positions. At Foodics, they served as Support Director, Head of Customer Success, Director of Revenue Operations, Head of Enterprise Sales GCC/Mena, Senior Director - Enterprise Success, and currently holds the position of Senior Director of Revenue Operations.

Throughout their career, Dia has demonstrated expertise in IT management, project execution, team leadership, customer success, and revenue operations.

Dia Shaker attended Jami'at Al-Ulum Al-Tatbiqiya and Applied Science University from 1997 to 2001. Dia earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from both institutions. In 2005, Dia obtained the MCSA / MCSE certification from Microsoft. Additionally, they hold a PMP certification, although the institution and year of obtaining it are undisclosed.
