Allison Pavone has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Allison currently holds the position of Director of Growth & Retention at Foodie Card since 2022. Prior to this role, Allison worked at Publishers Clearing House (PCH) for several years, where they held various director-level positions. At PCH, they were responsible for leading B2B performance marketing and monetization across digital platforms, onboarding new partners and vendors, and driving revenue through expanding products and services. Additionally, they oversaw a business vertical with an annual revenue of $50M+ as Director of Digital Product Marketing, managing customer experience and monetization for pch.com, including games, slots, and rewards. Allison also played a significant role in designing and delivering new site destinations for PCH Digital and establishing new business requirements for desktop and mobile web platforms.

Allison began their career at Sterling Optical, where they worked as a Marketing Assistant and provided consultation on promotions and sales campaigns for over 250 storefronts. Allison also collaborated with an advertising agency to design and develop advertising assets, including print ads and TV commercials.

Prior to their time at Sterling Optical, Allison worked at Bookspan, LLC in various marketing roles. As an Assistant Marketing Manager, they focused on B2C acquisition and B2B partnerships. Allison previously worked as a Marketing Associate for B2B partnerships and as a Marketing Coordinator for membership acquisition.

Allison Pavone holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Marketing from Hofstra University. Allison completed their MBA program at the Frank G.
