Roxanne Lapena has a strong background in the hospitality industry, with extensive experience in restaurant management and customer relations. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Tito's Burritos & Wings. In 2015, they joined Zinburger as a Hospitality Professional/Certified Trainer. Roxanne then worked at OTG Management as a Multi-Unit Restaurant General Manager from 2017 to 2019. Roxanne then joined Tacombi as an Operations & Service Manager from 2019 to 2020. Roxanne further expanded their expertise as an Assistant Food Beverage Director at Villa Restaurant Group from 2020 to 2021. Roxanne then became an Assistant General Manager at Triple T Hospitality Group from 2021 to 2022.
