Louis Carrere has worked in various roles since 2016. Louis began their career at the Hôtel du Louvre, Hyatt, where they worked as an Administration du personnel from 2016 to 2017. Louis then moved to Ô Sorbet d'Amour, where they worked as a Development Manager & Manager de trois boutiques from 2017 to 2018. During this time, they also worked as an Adjoint d’Exploitation at Sodexo, and a Barman Supervisor at Opera Kitchen. In 2021, they became an Account Manager at Foodles.
Louis Carrere obtained a Baccalauréat Technologique Hôtelier from the Ecole hôtelière et de tourisme de Gascogne between 2009 and 2012. Louis then attended the Lycée d'Hôtellerie et de Tourisme de Gascogne, where they earned a BTS in Mercatique et gestion hôtelière between 2012 and 2014. In 2015, they enrolled in Ecole Supérieure Internationale de Savignac and obtained a Bachelor in Hospitality Industry in the field of Hospitality Industry Management. Louis then continued their studies at the same school and received an MBA in Hospitality Industry in 2017.
