Maximilien Rachmuhl has worked in the hospitality industry since 2012. In 2012, they began as a Commis at Pavillon Ledoyen. In 2013, they moved to L'Ecume Restaurant as a Restaurant Assistant Manager. In 2015, they worked at Ducasse Paris as a Chef de Rang and Sommelier. In 2016, they worked at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris as a Commis Salle, and at Ducasse Paris as a Chef de Rang. In 2017, they worked at Marriott Hotels as an F&B Assistant Manager. In 2018, they worked at Bistrot Langka as a Restaurant Manager and at Frasers Hospitality as a Sales Executive. In 2019, they worked at Toit du Monde as a Chalets Manager. Most recently, in 2020, they worked at Foodles as a Counter Project Manager and Account Manager.
Maximilien Rachmuhl completed a High School Diploma from Albert de Mun High School in 2014, having studied Gestion d'hôtels, motels et restaurants. Maximilien then completed a two-year technical degree from the same school in 2016, again studying Gestion d'hôtels, motels et restaurants. In 2017, they earned a European Bachelor in Hotel and Tourism Management from CMH ACADEMY. Finally, they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA from CMH ACADEMY in 2019, with a field of study in International Hospitality Management.
