Julia Matteson

Julia Matteson, MS, is an experienced professional in the fields of nutrition science, agriculture, and international development. Currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at FoodMinds since November 2023, Julia previously held multiple roles at The Gerald J. and Dorothy R. Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy, including Sr. Project Manager. Additional experience includes positions at Osa Conservation as a Research Field Assistant, and at Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture as a Feed the Future Associate. Julia's background also features roles at the Arcadia Center for Sustainable Food & Agriculture and Amaizz, along with internships at RTI International and the Women's Microfinance Initiative. Julia holds a Master of Science in Food and Nutrition Policy from The Friedman School and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from The George Washington University.
