Laura Cubillos

Laura Cubillos, RD, currently serves as the Global Chair of Food & Beverage at Edelman, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Laura was the EVP of the Food, Beverage, and Nutrition Practice at Padilla from July 2018 to August 2024 and a founding partner at FoodMinds, LLC from 2006 to August 2024. Laura's extensive experience includes serving as Senior Vice President and Group Head at Edelman from 2001 to 2005, as well as Director of Business Development for Latin America at WineryExchange from May 2000 to April 2001. Earlier in the career, Laura held various roles at Porter Novelli, including Vice President and Group Director, and served as a Restaurant Critic for SOMA Magazine. Educational background includes qualifications from Miami University and Emory University.
