Raymond Jimenez has a diverse range of work experience. Raymond started their professional career at Melrose Action, where they worked as a Student Coordinator, recruiting high school students and families to volunteer in the organization's annual street clean-up. Raymond then interned at The Fran Drescher Tawk Show, where they served as a Production Intern, assisting in researching and compiling data for the show.
Raymond later worked as a STEM Tutor at Fairfax Senior High School, providing academic tutoring to students in STEM classes and motivating them to achieve their goals in the field. Additionally, they served as a Mentor for AVID, supporting students in their academic pursuits.
At Phi Theta Kappa, Raymond held two positions: Chapter Webmaster and Chapter President. As the Chapter President, they were responsible for all operations and interactions with the international headquarters. Raymond successfully managed a large chapter with over 600 active members.
Raymond also gained experience at the California Science Center, where they worked as a Reservations Assistant Supervisor. In this role, they managed client profiles, created operational changes to streamline processes, and trained new staff members using a self-made onboarding handbook.
During their time at UCR ALPFA, Raymond served as the Internal Vice President, improving team communications and overseeing the execution of the organization's annual networking event. Raymond also increased member engagement through interactive marketing campaigns.
At the UCR School of Business, Raymond held the positions of Chief Transfer Mentor and Transfer Mentor, providing guidance and support to fellow students.
Raymond co-founded the One Wheel Club at UCR, promoting a healthy ride culture for One Wheel and e-board enthusiasts. Raymond established safety guidelines, organized educational workshops, and implemented group ride protocols to ensure pedestrian safety.
Most recently, Raymond worked at Foodnome as the Regional Manager of Operations - Southern California. Raymond designed strategies and coached small businesses to adapt to the dynamic economic and regulatory conditions caused by COVID-19. Raymond also led joint teams to reduce regulatory barriers and advised the executive team on scaling operations in emerging counties.

Raymond Jimenez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of California, Riverside. Raymond attended the university from 2018 to 2020.
