Christian Stig Borkenfelt

Christian Stig Borkenfelt is a co-founder & CTO at FoodOp, a menu planning and tracking solution company. Prior to this, Christian has held positions at McKinsey & Company as an Associate and Consultant, VIBES ApS as a Co-Founder, BRFkredit as a Student Assistant, and InsightGroup as a Data Coordinator. Christian holds a MSc in Business Administration & Mathematical Business Economics from Copenhagen Business School, and has also studied at University of Copenhagen, Università Bocconi, The University of British Columbia, EF International Language Campuses, Øregård Gymnasium, and Rygaard's International School.
