Nichlas Saul is the Co-founder & CEO of FoodOp, a company focused on reducing Co2 and admin workload in professional kitchens. Prior to this role, Nichlas worked as a Senior Associate at Strategy& where their primary projects included corporate strategy, commercial due diligence, and cost optimization. Before that, Nichlas worked as a Business Analyst at Saxo Bank, one of the leading Danish banks within trading and investments. Nichlas holds a Master of Science in Mathematical Finance from Copenhagen Business School and has also pursued additional education at Columbia University, The London School of Economics and Political Science, and the University of Copenhagen.

The tracking module enables kitchens to automatically measure food waste. The technology can also be used to measure consumption, and you can easily get an overview of the data. The display module provides digital displays for all dishes in one click where you can share e.g., the name of the dish, allergens, CO2 footprint, and nutrition.
