Aditi Sharma

Aditi Sharma is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in business operations and strategy across various industries. Currently serving as the Country Managing Director at foodpanda, Aditi oversees all aspects of the Singapore business. Prior to this, Aditi co-founded Grow Commerce Indonesia, holding the role of COO/CFO, and has held multiple leadership positions at Grab, including Director of Business Operations and Head of Startup Investments & Programs. Aditi's earlier career includes significant contributions at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Engagement Manager and experience as a Chip Design Engineer at ST Microelectronics, where notable technical achievements were made. Aditi holds an MBA in Finance from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
