Raphael Zennou

Raphael Zennou has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning different industries and roles. Raphael is currently working at foodpanda as the VP Quick Commerce. Prior to that, they worked at FairPrice Group as the CEO Digital Business, where they led the eCommerce business and saw significant growth in GMV. Raphael also held the role of General Manager - Fairprice Online at FairPrice Group.

Before joining FairPrice Group, Zennou had a successful tenure at Lazada Group as the Executive Vice President, where they played a crucial role in seller acquisition, launching Lazada University for seller training, and enforcing operational performance for sellers.

Prior to Lazada Group, Zennou worked at Amazon, where they held various managerial positions in instock management and product management. Raphael also gained valuable management consulting experience at McKinsey & Company, where they served as an Engagement Manager and Associate.

Zennou started their career at Arkema as an APAC ERP and Business Intelligence Project Manager and later as an IT Manager / ERP and Business Intelligence Project Manager. Raphael also worked at Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce and Micro Application in managerial roles. Raphael began their career as an IT Developer / Project Manager at Asiarooms Pte Ltd. Throughout their career, Zennou has demonstrated leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a strong focus on business growth and performance.

Raphael Zennou has a diverse educational background. In 1996, they obtained a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science from Aix-Marseille University. Raphael then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at CentraleSupélec from 1998 to 2002. In 2009, Raphael completed an MBA in Business Administration at INSEAD. Additionally, they hold two Master's degrees in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from CentraleSupélec, although the specific years of study are not provided.
