Pramod Jayawardana

Pramod Jayawardana has a diverse culinary background, starting as a Trainee at SriLankan Catering Limited and advancing to roles such as Japanese Chef at various restaurants. With experience in hot and cold kitchens, as well as teaching, Pramod's career has included positions at renowned establishments like Hard Rock Hotel in Maldives and Sushikai Japanese Restaurant. The journey began with education at Nalanda College in Minuwangoda, culminating in an Associate of Arts degree.
