Clare Sullivan is a Co-Founder of Foodshed and its Chief Supply Chain Officer. She has studied agricultural systems around the world: She has worked with smallholder farmers in SubSaharan Africa, potato farmers in the Peruvian Andes and Amazon Basin, and started a research-based farm in NYC. She is currently working towards a PhD at the University of Wisconsin Madison.
