Jackson Hambrick

Jackson Hambrick has an extensive work experience, beginning in 2007 with a role as a Cook/Asst. Event Supervisor at Shining Mountain Golf Course. From 2011 to 2014, Hambrick worked part-time at Flat Branch Pub and Brewing as a Line/Prep Cook and also held various roles at the University of Missouri, including Soil Chemistry Lab Assistant, Undergraduate Research Food Waste, Rural Sociology Research Assistant, President and Student Advisor of Sustain Mizzou, Coordinator of Mizzou Sustainability Week, and Site Leader of Mizzou Alternative Breaks. In 2014, Hambrick was a Research Intern for USDA-CenUSA Bioenergy. From 2016 to 2022, Hambrick was employed at Seed St. Louis, where they held roles as Director of Projects, Community Education Manager, Urban Farm Manager, and Americorps Vista. Most recently, Hambrick was hired as Director of Farms at Foodshed.io in 2022.

Jackson Hambrick is currently enrolled in a Master of Public Health program at Saint Louis University, with a focus on Behavioral Sciences. Previously, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia between 2011 and 2015.
