Simon Minching

Simon Minching is currently the Vice President and Head of Government Operations at Foodsmart. Prior to this, Simon worked at various organizations such as the U.S. Coast Guard, Palantir Technologies, Chicago Public Schools, United Nations Association, and the National Governors Association in roles such as Reservist, Business Development & Execution, Financial Analytics, Senior Analyst, Senior Researcher, and Graduate Intern. Simon holds a Master of Public Policy in Economics from the University of Chicago.
