Tom Hogan

Tom Hogan has a diverse work experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Tom has held various leadership positions in different companies. From 2021 to the present, they have been serving as the Vice President Brands at Foodtastic, overseeing Big Rig Brewery, Fionn MacCool's, and Shoeless Joes. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2020, they worked as the Regional Airport Director and Partner at OTG Management. Tom also served as the Director of Operations Canada at Imvescor Restaurant Group Inc. from 2013 to 2015. In Recipe Unlimited Corporation, they held multiple roles such as Director of Operations Western Canada, Eastern Regional Manager, and GM Milestones from 2005 to 2013. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Operations at Lucid Entertainment in 2004 and as the President and Owner/Operator at Fat Tuesdays New Orleans Experience from 2002 to 2004. Earlier in their career, from 1999 to 2004, they were a Managing Partner at Hard Rock International.
