Frank Ogagba

Frank Ogagba has accumulated extensive work experience in the field of design and innovation. Frank'smost recent role is as Co-Founder of Circulate It, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Experience Design Director at Foolproof starting in December 2023.

Before joining Foolproof, they served as a Senior Service Design Manager and later as a Service Design Manager at iKhokha from November 2020 to December 2023. In these roles, they led multiple teams in designing customer-centric products and services, developed service strategies, and supported the development of user-centered services within the company.

Frank also held positions at Fjord, part of Accenture Interactive, and Accenture, both as a Service & Interaction Designer from August 2018 to November 2020. In these roles, they contributed to service and experience strategy, interface structure, and interaction design.

Prior to their time at Accenture, Frank worked as a User Experience Design Consultant at Freethinking Business Consultants from May 2017 to July 2018. Frank also gained experience at BIGBrave™, where they worked as a User Experience Designer & Front End Developer from June 2016 to June 2017 and as a Junior Designer from July 2015 to June 2016.

Throughout their career, Frank has consistently demonstrated their expertise in uncovering user needs, developing insights, generating concepts, and designing interactions and services based on relevant business, technical, and design considerations. Frank is a seasoned professional with a strong focus on user-centered design and product development.

Frank Ogagba has a diverse educational background. In 2012, they attended Inscape, where they studied Architecture. Frank then enrolled in the University of Johannesburg, completing a Ndip Multimedia Design degree from 2013 to 2015. Frank further pursued their education at the same university, obtaining a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Interactive Design in 2016. Frank recently completed a program on User Insights for Product Decisions at Reforge in 2022. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Information Security for Leaders: An Introduction to InfoSec from Skillsoft in 2023.
