Kerri O'Driscoll

Kerri O'Driscoll has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as People and Reward Manager at Foot Anstey LLP since May 2017, where Kerri leads initiatives in Reward and Benefits alongside HR and Payroll Operations. Previously, Kerri held roles as HR Manager and HR Advisor, overseeing HR operations and focusing on employee relations and well-being. Earlier career experience includes HR Analyst and Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Cigna Insurance Services, as well as Human Resources Administrator and PA to Director at Portcullis Legals Ltd. Kerri holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology from the University of Exeter and has achieved A-Levels in Psychology, Biology, English Language, and Fine Art.
