Brian Laplante

Brian LaPlante is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leading recruitment strategies across various industries. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at Foot Locker since February 2025, LaPlante previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Leader at Winnebago Industries from January 2021 to December 2024, where responsibilities included the design and execution of talent acquisition strategies and the creation of standardized operating procedures for executive recruiting.
