Brian Laplante

Brian LaPlante is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leading recruitment strategies across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at Foot Locker since February 2025, LaPlante previously held roles including Talent Acquisition Leader at Winnebago Industries, where responsibilities included developing talent acquisition strategies and centralizing recruitment processes. Additional leadership positions were held at Baylor Scott & White Health and Allina Health, overseeing talent acquisition for major healthcare systems. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at UnitedHealth Group as Senior Director of Talent Strategy & Fulfillment, managing national recruitment efforts. LaPlante began his career in recruitment at Assurant and has consulted for numerous organizations, showcasing a strong background in optimizing talent acquisition processes. LaPlante holds a BA in Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota.
