Previously, Rachael worked as a Senior Consultant at WGSN, conducting research for clients on Gen-Z consumers, and as a Trend Consultant offering bespoke services to Fortune 100 companies. Rachael has also participated in the Tacklebox Accelerator program, served as a Research Associate at Li & Fung Limited, and conducted research for the Asia Society. Rachael began a career in retail with roles at Patagonia and Urban Outfitters and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies and Economics from DePaul University, complemented by a semester abroad at Payap University.
