Joel Roberts is an accomplished professional in the field of football and education services, currently serving as Owner/Director of Joel Roberts Consulting Ltd since February 2016. In addition to this role, Joel holds significant positions such as Managing Director at the Association of Sporting Directors and a member of the Talent ID & Development Advisory Group for the Football Association of Wales. Joel's extensive experience includes being a Senior Scout for both Wolverhampton Wanderers FC and the Football Association, as well as Chief Executive of Ahead In Sport, where innovative educational programs in sports are developed. Joel's background in coaching includes roles as Head Coach for England Women U23 and Academy Head Coach positions at Liverpool FC and Wolverhampton Wanderers FC.
