Claire Camara, a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), possesses extensive experience in HR leadership and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Football Beyond Borders and an Advisory Committee Member for the Youth Futures Foundation, Claire has previously held significant roles, including Global Chief People Officer at EssenceMediacom and MediaCom, where transformative People Strategies were developed to support large-scale employee bases. Notable past positions include Group People Director at Co-op and Director of Workforce & HR Operations for the Baku 2017 Islamic Solidarity Games. Claire's educational background includes studies at Hult Ashridge Executive Education.
