Melanie Reilly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development and donor engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Foothill-De Anza Community College District since March 2022, Melanie previously held the position of Director of Donor Engagement & Stewardship at Mills College from May 2016 to March 2022, where notable achievements included increasing first-time donor retention from 18% to 50%. Melanie's earlier roles included Major Gift Officer at Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business and Program Coordinator at Citizenship Counts.
