Ron Borden has a diverse career spanning several decades, with extensive experience in program management and process engineering. Since 2000, Ron has served as a program manager at FIRST, where strategic oversight and project coordination have been pivotal. Concurrently, Ron has been with Bausch & Lomb since 1981, holding roles as a Process Engineering Technician, Process Engineer, and Team Leader, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical processes and team leadership within the organization.
