Tanya Galloway has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tanya began their career as a Ministry Associate at Blue Fish Ministries before transitioning to the role of an Assistant Activity Director, where they developed and implemented activity programs for residents in an elder care facility. Tanya then served as the 2nd Vice President of the Activity Professional Association of Greater Dallas, where they stayed up-to-date with trends in the elder care industry and gave lectures on the subject. Tanya also worked as a Speaker and Lecturer for NAAP and APAGD, conducting Lunch and Learn webinars. Additionally, they were involved with Landmark Worldwide as the Management & Leadership Team 1 Lead and former ILP Coach & Graduate Programs Manager, overseeing various training programs. Tanya further showcased their sales skills as a New Home Host and Salesperson for OHN/Lions Gate, generating significant sales and receiving certifications. Tanya Galloway's education history begins in 2012 when they attended Landmark, where they studied Communication, Personal and Professional Development. Tanya did not obtain a degree from this institution. In an unspecified timeframe, Tanya also attended MEPAP, where they obtained a degree as an Activity Director with a focus on Leadership and Management in the field of Life Enrichment Directing for Eldercare.

Additionally, they obtained a Chaplain certification from the Southern Baptist Convention Disaster Relief in January 2005, an ADPC certification from NCCAP in December 2011, a Licensed Irrigator certification from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality in October 2007, and a Licensed Real Estate Agent certification from the Texas Real Estate Commission in May 2004.
