Victoria Frederick

Victoria Frederick is Sr. Director, Project Management and Ops at For Soccer Ventures. Victoria has over 3 years of experience in project management and brand strategy. Prior to joining For Soccer Ventures, they were Creative Strategist at SOMETHING IN THE WATER, where they were responsible for VA For The People, a voting initiative focused on amplifying and mobilizing the voice, passion, and energy of the community across Virginia and beyond leading into the General Election.

Before SOMETHING IN THE WATER, Ms. Frederick worked as a Senior Account Executive at Optimist Inc., where they managed projects from start to finish for clients including Nike, Jordan Brand, and Beats by Dre. Victoria also was responsible for brand strategy and management for Mico Tequila, including planning and execution for product initiatives and social campaigns. In addition, Ms. Frederick led and assisted with development of RFP’s, creative briefs, internal brainstorms, and creative concepts for clients.

Prior to Optimist Inc., Ms. Frederick worked as a Copywriter and Digital Producer at ONA Creative. In this role, they were responsible for writing copy for digital channels such as websites and email campaigns, as well as producing digital content such as videos and webinars.

Before ONA Creative, Ms. Frederick worked as an Account Executive at Cache Ventures and Gold Frame. In these roles, they were responsible for developing relationships with clients and managing accounts.

Victoria Frederick received a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Biology from The University of Alabama.

Their manager is John Parker, Chief Operations Office. They are on a team with and Todd Miller - Finance Director. Some individuals on their team include Daina Lecuona - Client Services Manager, Sean Wilson - Business Operations Coordinator.
