Jennifer Rodriguez

Jennifer Rodriguez is a Manager of Culture & Employee Engagement at For The Record (FTR), a company specializing in digital recording solutions for the justice system. Jennifer joined the company in July 2022. Prior to FTR, Jennifer worked at BlastX, where they held roles as a Team Ambassador in Human Resources from September 2015 to July 2022 and as a Project Manager in Account Management from July 2010 to September 2015. Before BlastX, they worked at Astone Crocker Flanagan, where they served as a Traffic Manager from April 2008 to August 2008 and as an Office Manager from January 2005 to April 2008.

Jennifer Rodriguez has attended American River College but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: the Change Practitioner certification from Prosci in June 2018 and the Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ) certification from Google in February 2013.
