Before joining Fora Financial, Élan was a Senior Director at Lucky Marketing. There, Élan's teams created dramatic growth of the brand's direct mailing program. During her tenure, Lucky launched a record number of brands, and its rank grew fivefold.

Élan's is inspired by her father's career as a serial entrepreneur. "He believed you were what you said you were — there were no obstacles," says Élan.
