Jess Turner

Jess Turner holds the position of Executive Vice President and Global Head of Open Banking and API at Mastercard, along with previous roles such as EVP of New Digital Infrastructure and Fintech and EVP of North America Product and Innovation. As a member and contributor to the Forbes Technology Council, Jess also serves as a board member for Make-A-Wish Philadelphia, Delaware & Susquehanna Valley. Prior experience includes senior director and director roles in product development at Affinion Loyalty Group and various managerial positions in brand and product management at Capital One Financial Services. Jess earned a degree from the University of Miami Herbert Business School from 1995 to 1999 and holds an Executive Certificate in Accounting and Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business.
